The Goal
Coastal Land & Home Realty is a family-owned boutique brokerage closing everything from residential homes to land and timber tracts across Horry and Marion counties. Owner and Broker-in-Charge Tray Andrew brokered more than $20 million in real estate in 2021 alone — and the firm has continued to grow its agent roster and transaction volume since.
As the team expanded, Tray wanted a modern, secure IT foundation built for the realities of how real estate actually runs in 2026: fast document flow between agents and clients, anywhere-access for realtors in the field, unified file storage across the whole team, and airtight security against the wire fraud and business-email-compromise attacks that routinely target real estate firms.

OneDrive + SharePoint — Unified File Storage
Migrated scattered file storage into a centralized, cloud-backed structure. Active listings, transaction files, closed files, and shared templates all live in logical SharePoint libraries. Agents access everything from laptop, phone, or tablet.
Multi-Factor Authentication — Every Account
MFA enforced across every Microsoft 365 account using the Authenticator app. Blocks ~99% of the common account compromises that lead to email takeover and wire fraud attempts.
Advanced Email Threat Protection
Microsoft Defender for Office 365 configured to catch phishing, impersonation attacks, and malicious attachments before they reach agents' inboxes. Critical for a business where wire instructions move by email.
Endpoint Security — Defender for Business
Microsoft Defender for Business deployed on every company device. Real-time threat detection, ransomware protection, and centralized visibility into device health across the brokerage.
Mobile Device Management
Agent phones and tablets enrolled in Intune for secure access to work email and documents. A lost or stolen device can be wiped remotely without affecting the agent's personal data.
Microsoft 365 Backup
Independent third-party backup of all Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint data. Microsoft does not back up your 365 data — we do.
Unlimited Remote Support
Day-to-day helpdesk for agents and admin staff. When something needs tuning — a new contact form, a mailbox rule, a printer issue — they call, we solve.
Quarterly Technology Business Reviews
Regular check-ins to look ahead: new agent onboarding plans, seasonal workload, security posture review, and technology roadmap.
